COVID19 ESSENTIAL SERVICE NOTICE:
- Warehouse is not open to public anymore. We are working on deliveries only. Never going back to physical store!
- Orders are delivered to your door but not placed inside.
- Signatures are not required.
- Drivers sanitize their hands before and after every delivery.
- All our products are brand new.
WHERE WE DELIVER
BOXBOXES shipping policy is simple: we ship our moving boxes anywhere in Greater Montreal Area. Check above if your Postal Code is within our Delivery Zone (up right corner). You can also see a GOOGLE map with an approximative bordered Delivery Zone (up left corner).
DELIVERY TIME
- All our moving boxes are shipped from our Montreal (Lachine) warehouse and are guaranteed to arrive on maximum of 3 business days.
- Orders are delivered each Wednesday and Saturday from 10am to 7pm (except on national holidays). You can always call/email us to ask about holidays schedule.
DELIVERY COST
FREE delivery on all orders over $200 before taxes. If your order totals less than $200 before taxes a $14.99 delivery fee will apply.
Additional delivery fees may apply to areas outside our delivery zone for added travel time and fuel (Based on Postal Code). Please contact us 5148800230 to inquire before placing the order.
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
- Not around during delivery? We cannot give you a sharp time for delivery. If you are not home to accept delivery there are 2 options:
1. your package will be left safely at your door, in your garage, or backyard, under the porch, at other apartment number / neighbour, at the doorman, concierge from a building etc ... or in any other place, upon your request! - We've never ever lost (for theft reasons) a shipment in 13 years of deliveries!!!
2. your package will be delivered in any other day, upon your request and our availability! When you place an Order, please note any delivery requests and/or instructions in the “Delivery Instructions” section at CHECKOUT.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- All sales are final - no refunds and/or merchandise credits. Exchange is provided within 24-48 hrs from date of delivery, in case an item is defected.
- We don't accept cancelations.
